The initial launch is planned for Korea and the United States, intended for teens aged 16 and older and adults, with portrait play on iPhone and Android phones. Store content ratings are determined separately. The app does not verify a user’s age.

The public full demo is available to everyone in an isolated trial space. It does not grant a real purchase or subscription. Demo credits, research and preferences exist only in memory and disappear on exit, leaving normal progress and purchases unchanged. Explicitly connecting to its separate demo league does not enter normal rankings. Exiting attempts deletion, and demo accounts expire after 24 hours; cleanup can be delayed by connectivity, scheduling or service limits. Moving to the real store applies the ordinary purchase conditions.

Basic runs are free. Founder, Neon, Sunset, and Frost packs are separate, non-consumable purchases with fixed paint, trail, and gear contents. Each pack is purchased once and can be restored through the same store account. Founder adds one starting bomb (maximum 3); Neon reduces the firing interval by 3%; Sunset first caps base run credits at 250, then adds 10% of that amount, rounded down, for up to 275 credits. Choosing the Club double-credit result raises the maximum to 550. Frost adds one shield after the ship/research starting amount is capped at three, allowing up to four at the start of a standard flight. Ranked flights use Scout with zero research, so Frost starts them with one shield. Only the selected paint’s gear effect applies, and multiple owned packs do not stack. Paid gear affects gameplay or earnings. Ranked flights do not allow revives, use zero permanent research, and allow one equipped gear effect. Refunded or revoked purchases can lose access.

Purchase and ad connections require separate choices after their notices, saved on the device before connecting. Purchase access checks real prices and entitlements and enables purchase/restoration; connecting is not a payment. Ranking signup is not required for purchases or restoration. Ad access starts Google’s consent checks and permitted preparation, with viewing chosen separately. Valid saved choices can apply on later launches and resumes. See the privacy policy for stopping new requests and failed-save handling. Services with unfinished notices stay unavailable; basic flights and the offline demo remain available.

Patrol Club is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription. While active, it provides member cosmetics, a premium daily/weekly challenge archive, one ad-free revive per standard run, and an optional ad-free double-credit result. The localized price and billing period are displayed before confirmation. Payment is charged through Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew under the store’s terms unless canceled. If you do not want the next renewal, cancel beforehand in the store where you subscribed and check its displayed end date and renewal terms. Uninstalling does not cancel. Member benefits end when the verified subscription expires; separately purchased valid paint and equipment packs remain available.

Optional rewarded ads show the requirement and reward in advance. After your ad-connection choice is saved, the app checks Google consent and may prepare permitted ads, but displays an ad only when you choose its reward button. Rewards require confirmed completion and are limited as shown. Availability varies. Credits and cosmetics have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Settled scores and progress are local; an active flight cannot be resumed after the app closes. Uninstalling or changing devices can lose local progress. Restore Purchases does not restore local progress or transfer purchases across Apple and Google.

Your first online ranking connection requires your explicit choice after the notice. Existing accounts can be checked on app launch. Connecting transmits your IP address and processes the disclosed score, gear and replay information. Rankings are not a cloud backup of progress. Fraudulent submissions or abusive requests may be restricted or removed; contact support to question an incorrect restriction. The board displays the generated pilot name, rank, score, sector, and gear. The normal league removes attempts older than two days and scores whose week starts before the date 56 days prior to cleanup. Scheduled cleanup or service failures may delay deletion. The app’s ranking-data deletion action removes the current account, scores, and attempts. The support page also accepts deletion requests without requiring the app. Ranking identity cannot be restored after reinstalling; purchase restoration and subscription management are separate. The ranking database uses Cloudflare storage in the US jurisdiction. Global connection processing and provider recovery records are described in the privacy policy.

Refunds follow applicable law and the store process. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Material service or product changes will follow applicable notice and consumer protection requirements. Apple’s standard EULA and store terms may also apply. The game is licensed for personal, non-commercial use; fraudulent purchases, reward manipulation, and disruption are prohibited.
